Lance has one of the lowest damage ratios in the industry. This is a result of using proper equipment and freight handling. All of our trailers are late model and designed for furniture with features such as air-ride, logistic posts and straps for securing furniture between stops as well as a translucent roof design for greater visisbility. Road tractors are also air-ride and late model for dependability.
All furniture is handled by hand. No tow motors are employed. Our warehouse teams are regularly trained and monitored on quality of handling and accuracy. Extra dunnage is used when necessary, arrows are required to point up and loads are required to be packed tight so items won't shift.
